Fault Diagnosis
We can read faults and warnings directly from the cars computers, it is not unusual to have 10+ computers/controllers in modern cars which makes troubleshooting issues manually very difficult.

Fault Light Reset
Our equipment can reset fault, warning and service lights. These lights often remain after the problem has been fixed. A fault or warning light is an automatic fail in an NCT. The car keeps a log of many previous faults, we can also clear this log if you wish.

Our equipment also has the ability to monitor various aspects of the car in real time so you can track down some tricky issues with ease.

Can you give some examples?
We would be only too happy:
- BMW 3-Series - 2007 - Customer had service lights and new warnings lights. We downloaded and saved all the faults, it transpired that the rear brake wear sensor had activated. We offered impartial advice on the best solution for this issue.
- Skoda Superb - 2012 - Customer had engine fault light and car would not start. We informed the customer that the cylinder 4 injector had failed in an open circuit. We offered impartial advice on the best solution for this issue.
- Peugeot 307 - 2010 - The customer was getting high temperature warning lights. We believed that perhaps the engine fan was not operating as the faults suggested this. Our equipment also has a simulation feature where we can activate certain devices in the car, when we turned the engine fan in the software we discovered that the engine fan did not turn on in the car and had failed.
